Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the MakeRoutes application ("Service"). By accessing or using MakeRoutes, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
MakeRoutes is a route optimization application that helps users plan efficient multi-stop routes. The Service is available as a web application and as mobile applications on iOS and Android. Features include stop management, route optimization, geocoding, and navigation export.
To access certain features, you may create an account using Apple Sign-In or Google Sign-In. You are responsible for:

MakeRoutes is provided free of charge. There are no advertisements, no in-app purchases, and no subscriptions. All features are available immediately, with no account or payment required.

The MakeRoutes application, including its design, code, branding, and documentation, is owned by MakeRoutes and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal or internal business purposes.
Route data you create belongs to you. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your route data solely to provide the Service to you.
MakeRoutes integrates with third-party services including:
These services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.
Route optimization results are provided "as-is" and are intended as guidance only. MakeRoutes does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or optimality of any route. You are responsible for verifying routes and exercising judgment while navigating, especially regarding road conditions, restrictions, and local regulations.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (including liability for fraud or personal injury caused by negligence).
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MakeRoutes, its officers, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Service.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. To request account deletion, contact us at privacy@makeroutes.com.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if:
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will make your route data available for export for 30 days following termination, except in cases of abuse.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or via email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of Spain, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence within the EU.
If you are a consumer in the EU, you may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
